• Tim Purcell was born in Port Hedland into a family that established the first privately owned Crane Hire Business [Purcell Crane Hire] in the region. He has worked in the Crane industry all of his working life [approx 20 years]. Tim has achieved a degree in economics and has travelled extensively over the years. During this time he obtain a wealth of knowledge and experience in the operation of all types of cranes and rigging and poses excellent communication skills to relate this to people.
• Tim is the owner and manager of Gravity Crane Services [GCS] which he established in 2003 and is currently in its 7th year of operation. GCS has focused on the supply of new and late model cranes to the Project / Construction Industry. The company is based at Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
